For the Love of Condiments

The popularity of one condiment over another comes and goes. A few years ago harissa was all the rage. Then sriracha came on the scene and nary a menu in town (DC) was without a sriracha-laced dish on the menu. Many cafe and pub tables donned a bottle of sriracha sauce right next to the salt and pepper.

It's 2014 and sriracha has managed to extend its 15-minutes-of-fame a while longer due to the sriracha shortage scare (Twitter: #srirachapocalypse).

What I want to know is what sauce or condiment is HOT in your life. . .

What is your go to sauce?

What condiment can't you live without?
